Portfolio
I’m Mark, a creative lead driven by ideas, storytelling, and building work that people genuinely connect with. Across digital, print, social, content, branding, gamification, and production, I’ve spent my career bringing ambitious creative projects to life for brands, businesses, and audiences in ways that feel engaging, memorable, and human.

This portfolio is a collection of that journey — creative thinking, bold concepts, collaborative projects, and the work I’ve loved being part of along the way.

Greene King
Raising The Bar...

Over 7 years at Greene King, I worked across both Digital and Marketing departments as a Senior Content Creator, leading and shaping content across a wide range of channels and campaigns. My role included directing photo shoots, developing gamification projects, driving social and e-commerce content, and supporting PR initiatives, across the biggest Green King brands and Sport channels.
During my time there, I also helped create a new internal role supporting Greene King across Learning and Development and the Drinks function, working closely with some of the biggest brands in the industry including Budweiser and Coca- Cola. This involved collaborating across teams to bring brand partnerships to life and strengthen both internal engagement and customer-facing activity.
We broke records year on year, driving measurable growth across our outputs and setting new standards for content quality and consistency across all digital channels. It was a fast-paced, hands-on environment where I helped bring ideas from concept through to execution, focused on storytelling, engagement, and commercial impact across multiple Greene King brands.
I also won a PRCDA Dare Award for content, recognising creative execution and standout campaign work - which was nice :)
Video Production & Editing
My first official editing project at Greene King was a flagship “Welcome Back” video created as pubs reopened after Covid. Working to a tight turnaround, I sourced years of archive footage and carefully edited the piece around a pre-recorded poem to create something emotional, hopeful, and reflective of the moment. The video became a key part of the business’s return campaign, was incredibly well received internally and externally, and went on to win awards including a 1st place, PRCA Dare Award for Digital Content.
Lifestyle Photography Direction
I led video and photography productions from concept through to final delivery, working closely with in-house teams and external agencies to bring ideas to life. My role covered creative direction, storyboarding, planning, shoots, editing, sound, and managing production logistics. I regularly coordinated crews, models, extras, and stakeholders across fast-paced projects, ensuring everything ran smoothly from start to finish. It was an environment I genuinely loved being part of, creative, collaborative, energetic, and somewhere I felt completely at home.
As this approach was still relatively new to the business, the work and structure we introduced were highly praised internally and helped set a strong standard for future productions.
Bringing Campaigns to Life Through Gamification
Gamification became a huge part of my journey at Greene King after an early trial turned into a big success. What started as a creative experiment quickly grew into delivering around a dozen successful digital games across multiple Greene King brands, helping campaigns feel more fun, interactive, and memorable for customers.
I became the ambassador and in house expert across Digital and Marketing for all things gamification, leading ideas from rough concepts and character sketches right through to launch, delivery, amplification, and reporting. Working closely with teams, agencies, and major partners including Coca-Cola, we built engaging campaigns that gained real backing internally and delivered strong results. It was one of the most exciting parts of my role and something I genuinely loved driving forward creatively. It also delivered amazing results which you can read more of here...
Best Practices
As clear creative standards were missing across the business, I took the initiative to introduce style guides, creative routes, and practical best practice packs to help teams produce more consistent, on-brand content across all digital channels. It helped bring stronger structure, clearer direction, and a higher creative standard across the business.

Graphic Design

Encompass
Built for gifting. Styled to stand out.
I was asked to reimagine garden centre counters and gift card offerings, and took a bold, design-led approach focused on stopping people in their tracks. I created eye-catching concepts built around strong colour palettes, clean straight-line structures, and confident pattern work to elevate what is often a functional retail space into something far more desirable. The aim was to make the gift cards feel like products people would actively want for themselves or as a thoughtful gift, not just something picked up at checkout. The outcome was very well received, with strong feedback on both the visual impact and commercial appeal of the concepts.
Splendid Pig
Oink Loud. Wear Proud.
Splendid Pig is a creative umbrella brand built around bold ideas, personality, and a love for standout design. Home to clothing labels Boom Twiggy and Super+Duper Clothing, the brand blends retro culture, streetwear influence, humour, nostalgia, and expressive graphics into collections designed to connect with people who want something different.
Built as a small independent business with big ambitions, Splendid Pig focuses on creating clothing and merchandise with character, attitude, and originality. From graphic tees and lifestyle apparel to future creative collaborations and merch concepts, the vision is to grow a brand universe that feels authentic, exciting, and community driven.
Super+Duper
Modern Mood. Retro Roots.
Super+Duper Clothing is built on the idea of Modern Mood. Retro Roots. A brand inspired by nostalgia, vintage culture, bold graphics, and expressive design, reimagined with a fresh modern edge.
Blending retro influences with contemporary streetwear style, Super+Duper creates clothing designed to feel familiar yet different. From playful graphics and throwback energy to clean, wearable pieces with personality, the brand is about self-expression, creativity, and standing out without trying too hard.
Made for people who love culture, colour, nostalgia, and individuality, Super+Duper is a modern lifestyle brand with old-school soul.
Boom Twiggy
Roll Different.
Boom Twiggy lives by one rule: Roll Different. No rules. No copying. Just pure skate energy with a streetwear twist.
Born from skate culture and built for the misfits, movers, and park rats, this is gear that hits different. Big attitude, bold graphics, loose fits, and zero interest in fitting the mould.
It’s fast, fun, slightly chaotic and full of personality. Built for cruising streets, stacking clips, and doing things your own way even if it gets messy. If it’s too clean, it’s not Boom Twiggy!
Pop Twists...
A love letter to cult film, gaming, and iconic pop culture moments, reimagined into bold, wearable design. Drawing inspiration from cinematic scenes, retro games, and screen legends, each piece takes familiar references and flips them into something fresh, expressive, and built for everyday style.
Neuro-Funk!
Designs inspired by ADHD sit at the heart of my creative work, shaped by personal understanding and lived experience. They celebrate energy, creativity, hyper-focus, and the way ideas can move fast and connect in unexpected ways. Rather than seeing difference as a limitation, these pieces turn it into expression, colour, movement, and identity.
Teamwork...
What started as my son’s raw character sketches became something much bigger. I took his drawings and transformed them into polished, stylised vector designs, keeping all the original personality and imagination intact while refining them into finished, production-ready artwork. It’s a creative collaboration rooted in play, family, and turning simple ideas into bold, expressive design.
Muscle Food
Beefing Up the Brand
For MuscleFood, I played a key role in reshaping the user experience and customer journeys for their new web platform, creating a smoother and more engaging digital experience designed to reconnect with their audience.
Alongside the UX work, I helped bring the brand back to what originally made people love it. MuscleFood was more than a food retailer, it was a lifestyle brand customers genuinely connected with and wanted to be part of. I reimagined the overall look and feel with a more emotional and human creative direction, focusing on relatable people that reflected the brand’s real demographic rather than generic fitness imagery.
The result was a fresher, more authentic visual identity that felt motivating, accessible, and full of personality, helping reposition the brand with stronger emotional impact and modern appeal.
Alpkit & Sonder
Bikes built to order, built for you
I had the opportunity to reimagine the look and feel of a campaign, bringing existing imagery to life through stronger creative direction and impactful copywriting.
I developed a more engaging visual approach for the sale campaign, combining bold messaging with dynamic layouts to create a sharper, more premium feel that reflected the adventurous spirit of the brand. The result was creative designed to grab attention quickly and drive stronger engagement across digital platforms.
Rock Jaw
Sound with a serious bite!
At Grapevine Agency, I worked with innovative headphone brand 'Rock Jaw Audio' during the launch of a new range of affordable, high-quality headphones. They approached us with a strong product but needed a visual identity and packaging style that could compete confidently on retail shelves.
I created a fresh creative direction for the brand, developing a bold look and feel designed to give the product standout appeal and a stronger market presence. This included my first full packaging design project, alongside the creation of a suite of brand guidelines to ensure consistency across future marketing and product materials.
The work helped position the brand with greater confidence and personality, contributing to strong retail performance and products that quickly gained attention and sold extremely well.
Cooper Parry
Ledgers with attitude!
I designed creative concept work for Cooper Parry Accoutants as part of a brand launch initiative focused on the Irish market. Known for being bold, disruptive, and brave within the accounting space, the challenge was to translate their energetic brand personality into concepts that would resonate authentically with an Irish audience.
I explored Irish phrases, humour, familiarity, and cultural references to develop ideas that felt locally connected while still carrying the distinctive Cooper Parry tone of voice. The result was a series of creative concepts that blended strategic thinking, playful messaging, and strong visual direction — helping bring their fearless approach to branding into a new market in a way that felt engaging, relevant, and memorable.
Funko Hero's
Pop Culture in Motion...
A set of Funko-style character animations that fuse motion, sound, and personality into fast, punchy storytelling moments. Designed to grab attention instantly, each piece explores how simple characters can be brought to life through timing, audio, and expressive animation choices.
