Cooper Parry - Brand Concepts
I wanted to challenge my own preconceptions, so I built a mood board and really dug in. Straight away the character stood out — the accents, the humour, the phrases like ‘What’s the Craic?’ and ‘Bout Ye?’ that make it instantly welcoming but full of grit. That gave me the perfect hook to play with.
So my first design used the side of a house, leaning into Belfast’s street art culture. My second took over the Causeway Coast with the Game of Thrones castle as backdrop — bold, epic, unforgettable. And because this is CP, I added an elephant on a scooter. Why? Because it’s unexpected, playful, and it shows we don’t just show up — we turn up with personality.
BOUT YE... WHAT’S THE CRAIC?
*I was asked to create something based on brand guidelines that brought their imagery to life for their Ireland launch. I took the styles and applied them to wall art, recreating 3D models of animals to add depth, energy, and playful interest.
